Vasor

Vasor (Variant assessor of MDR3) is a machine learning-based prediction tool that provides predictions on the pathogenicity of a variant of interest of the Multidrug Resistance 3 (MDR3) receptor and classifies into the categories benign or pathogenic. Visualization of the variant within the 3D structure of MDR3 is provided to the user, along with the possibility to download high-quality images of the entire MDR3 protein or of the variant position in detail.
